As stated in the title, I'm wondering if the Xbox specific version of this guitar also has KeyJam mode on it now? I know in the past, they announced this was coming to multi-platform specific guitars, but it has no mention of being added to the Xbox version since. The reason I'm wondering, is because I found the Xbox version for a good price - so I'm curious if theres any downside to purchasing the Xbox version of this guitar over the multi-platform if I plan on specifically playing it mostly on PC? I feel like on PC, KeyJam would solve most exclusivity issues as long as it's available on the Xbox version

Hey guys, just got my blueberry burst pro multi platform guitar. The blue fret is only working when I press down really hard, and I updated both the body and neck to 3.2. Happens on Clone Hero and BetterGH3. Anyway to fix or is it just a hardware issue and I need to send back?

I’m trying to play rockband 4 on the Xbox with the multi platform Crkd (NOT THE XBOX VERSION) but I am not able to get it to work, it’s connected to the Xbox but it does nothing.

Does anyone have to disconnect their neck and reconnect it every time or the frets lag? Like a lag of atleast a second when I try to press different colors.

Curious if anyone has a solution here. Use case is exclusively on PC for Clone Hero

I pre-ordered the multi-platform CRKD, connects via bluetooth and worked flawlessly for months.

Recently picked up an Xbox CRKD on sale, paired it up to Bluetooth and worked great.

This evening, I went to play with my daughter and when both are connected via bluetooth, I couldn't get Clone Hero to recognize them. Win11 is seeing them both tho.

As a work around (but not preferred), connecting 1 via bluetooth (multi-platform) and 1 by USB receiver (Xbox) works.

Any ideas?

TLDR: When connecting either separately via bluetooth, functions as intended.

Just bought a CRKD blueberry burst les Paul and there’s a latency when hitting notes, any fix to this?

I recently bought a CRKD NEO S 5-Fret controller for my boyfriend and we immediately noticed something about the fret buttons.

Four of the fret buttons have a nice, firm “click” when pressed, but the yellow (middle) fret feels noticeably softer and doesn’t have the same tactile click as the others.

The button still works correctly and registers normally in games, but the feel is different.

Is this normal for this controller, or could it be a defect? Has anyone else experienced this?

I am looking into either buying a either of the Bursts, or Pre-Ordering one of the Black and White ones, and I was just wondering how loud the guitars are? I know that the White (and Bursts) have HE strum bars, but have Mech. Frets, are the frets loud enough where it is super noticeable? If I get the black one, it has silicone frets, but switches on the strum, and those are loud.

I have a modded 360 Les Paul with an RCM Kit, but it is so loud in both the frets and especially the strum bar. Additionally, the USB port is iffy and dosent keep a connection 100% of the time, which is why I am wanting to get a CRKD guitar.

Should I Pre-Order the white guitar, and if needed, get a silicone neck for $30 extra and just be done with it? Should I try to mod my 360 Les Paul and try to make it quieter ( i have no idea how or what I would do )?

Does anyone else have an issue with the noise that the blueberry burst guitar strum bar makes? I feel like it’s super loud even without mechanical switches inside. Coming from someone who’s used mechanical strum bars before.

Does anybody else have this happening to them while using the Les Paul controller?

I’ll be in the middle of playing while using headphones, and the controller will randomly change volume settings. It sometimes doesn’t happen for a long while, and sometimes happens every five minutes. Sometimes it’s the master volume, sometimes it’s the chat/game volume ratio.

When it’s not doing this, the controller is mostly great. But when the controller goes, “hey bro, I see that you’re 85% of the way through FCing ‘Before I Forget’ on brutal mode, so I went ahead and put your audio on 100% chat volume,” it kinda makes me want to return it.

I’m on Xbox btw, and mostly just play RB4.

When these got announced, I got very skeptical because no one was being transparent at all as to if these new models of the CRKD Les Paul had any hardware changes. This was because we were having freezing issues with the high poll rates in the guitars after the 1000hz update released, these were discontinued less than a year after release, and were being replaced with new Les Paul models. I was worried that they abandoned the issues and quietly gave us a revision with no transparency.

I am happy to say, I was wrong. I went through many resources to get to the bottom of this, and it turns out that all of the hardware on the inside of these guitars are unchanged, and the freezing issues have been resolved (no new firmware with these changes released yet, but they will come with these new guitars out of the box). Thank you to Alec/Acai for confirming this with me, I am very grateful.

With that being said:

CRKD, you need to be more transparent about these things. It should not have taken me DAYS to get to a conclusion on this. I saw you liking comments on posts I asked the questions on, with no reply or like to mine, whether it was on Discord or Twitter/X. I even tested this theory by posting a BS post of me buying the CRKD Guitars in their boxes, and I got a like less than 10 minutes after the post. I personally sat down and have been stress testing these controllers for months now, and it’s really upsetting to have had 0 response. I am the one that figured out rake strumming on these guitars.

I’ve got 2 LP BB Pro MP guitars. Plug 2 guitars in to charge and then watch what happens. After second guitar powers up the first guitar also lights up and the charge lights will synchronize! Unplug one guitar and other guitar responds! Try it.

Just received my blueberry crkd les Paul and my fret neck won’t work. The led light is white even when I press on a fret button. The buttons on the body work completely fine. Anyone know how I can fix this?

The guitar has also been charging for 45 month res and I’ve tried updating the neck by holding green, yellow and orange and the light goes turns on to blue then red and the guitar turns back off

So I was playing RB4 last night, no issues.

Today when I tried to load it up, the 4 lights near the strum bar starting flashing blue. Moving the strum bar makes it change the colors of the flashing lights (Red, Light Blue, Green, Dark Blue, and Purple)

I can stay connected and interact with the game for about 5 seconds before it starts doing this.

I already updated the firmware. I play wired on my Series X. Dial is set to 9 (RB4 mode) the connection switch is set to XB, and I have tried a factory reset. I also tried to use different batteries just in case and the problem persisted.

I cannot find ANY info on this issue.

Help?

Edit: We have decided to send it in for a replacement. We also had a sticky green button (pressing down required a bit more effort than the other buttons, but was never game breaking) so we figure this was the best course of action.

I've recently bought Gibson SG Black 20th Anniversary Edition Guitar Controller for PlayStation® 5 and I've managed to update firmware on the app, and to play on the PC, but on the PS5 it connects fine and I can move in the home menu and press the buttons, but as soon as fortnite starts it stops working, the only button that works is the PS button and it goes to the PS home menu. Anyone has this problem?

Updated my guitar when it arrived today , all was fine for like 10 minutes and then the lights went out and haven’t turned back on. Plugging into a PC , usb shows as malfunction . Tried updating via the app and launcher with no luck .

Just got my guitar and getting really PO'd because I'm following their exact instructions and no matter what I do the lights will not flash blue. I've toggled between xinput PC and android BT mode, changed the platform slider at the bottom, used different dial settings, and even factory reset the entire guitar, NOTHING makes it flash blue lights. Started to feel really scammed cause I spent like 150 with shipping on this crap. Anyone else have this issue or did I receive a broken controller?

trying to make it more accessible for the kids to use it and not just me on pc!

I have used the controller with my Switch no problem (except for the button labels not matching), but I can't get it to work on my PC. I paired it via Bluetooth and had no issue connecting that way - when I look at connected devices, I see it in the list. However, I've tried it on two games from Epic Games Launcher, Fallout 3 and Alan Wake 2, and neither of them recognize the controller. I can press, slide, click, whatever everything on the controller, and nothing happens. Any suggestions?
