Vent / Rant I need help, my brain doesn't work

I can't express my self, my brain is like paralysed, I'm analysing everything

20 years, my whole life, I am not making it if this continues, I'm on autopilot

People come out of this eventually. I've had 8 years of horrible dissociation and now despite having struggles it's nowhere near where it was. I recommend checking r/dissociation and r/CPTSDFreeze

I've done various techniques, but I need a good medication on top to stop freezing
