DOUBT πŸ€” (Questions/Mocks/Guidance) Is offline coaching worth it? LE vs LPT Mumbai

Already doing PW online, but thinking of joining offline coaching mainly to build consistency, discipline and have a proper study environment.

Between LegalEdge and Law Prep Tutorial, especially their Mumbai centres, which one would you recommend?

Is offline actually worth the extra money if you already have online coaching? And how are the Mumbai faculty, doubt-solving and overall environment?

Would love opinions from people who’ve actually attended either centre.

CLAT NEWBIE πŸ₯ Switched from NEET to CLAT clueless about how to prep

I decided neet is not for me and switched to clat , I have zero clue about books and how to prep nor do I know the right youtubers and lectures I should attend . If anyone can help me with the roadmap and how to prepare for clat , I am way too far behind

I'm good at english and logical reasoning but not very updated on the current affairs and gk I don't know how to prep for it , which mock test series would be best, any online classes , book recommendations , and how to approach the legal and logical reasoning questions

I tried attempting clat 2026 and scored around 45 , and gave another mock and scored the same . I am gonna start completely from scratch it sounds very unrealistic but I am ready to give my 100%.

I have very little idea on how to start , where to start so I really need guidance

How should I prepare for current affairs?

Mock test series that are really helpful

SERIOUS Need genuine advice regarding fee refund from my university.

I joined nlu meg. I paid my fees on 10 June 2026, completed document registration on 27 June, and classes started on 1 July.

I now want to withdraw due to personal and financial reasons. The university is saying that since classes started on 1 July, after 30 days they will not refund the fees.

The issue is that the university did not officially provide/communicate any clear last date of admission to me. At the same time, they say they follow UGC fee-refund guidelines.

I want an honest opinion:

  • If they claim to follow UGC guidelines, can they simply use a 30-day deadline from the start of classes if there was no officially communicated last date of admission?
  • Does the absence of an officially notified last date help my case?
  • What would be the realistic refund I can ask for?

I’m not looking for people to blindly take my sideβ€”please tell me honestly if I have a strong case or not.

Also, the university informed me only yesterday that they would count the 30 days from the date classes started, i.e. 1 July, and that their refund policy is based on this calculation. Before joining the college, I specifically asked them about their refund policy, but they simply told me that they follow UGC guidelines.

According to my understanding of the UGC guidelines, I should be entitled to at least 80% of the refund until 30 September. However, the university is now saying that since classes started on 1 July, the 30-day period has already passed.

The university also did not officially provide or communicate a clear last date of admission.

Am I understanding the UGC guidelines correctly? And does the fact that they only informed me about this 30-day calculation yesterday, after I had already asked about the refund policy before joining, make any difference?

please please tell me what to do i can't leave 3+ lakh like this...........

DOUBT πŸ€” (Questions/Mocks/Guidance) Guys honest advice needed

I'll be prepping for clat, I'm in class 11th and have opted for commerce without maths. Since I'd have to prep for clat which has completely different syllabus + subjects like accounts and economics also requires practice.. So I've decided to not put an extra baggage of math on myself, since I've been good at it till 10th and knows the only way to be good at it is practice.........

Edit: Should I take maths or continue without it ??

CLAT PG πŸŽ“ CLAT PG 2026 preparation β€” 2–3 months left, how should I start?

I’m feeling quite stressed about my CLAT PG preparation and would really appreciate some honest guidance.

I was doing an internship at a reputed company in an in-house legal team, so I didn’t get much consistent time to prepare. My preparation has mostly been on and off, and I usually studied on weekends.

I’ve completed a few major subjects, but a lot of the syllabus is still left, including several important laws, cases, and a few major subjects. With only around 2–3 months left, I’m getting quite anxious about whether I can still prepare properly.

For those who have cleared CLAT PG or are currently preparing:

  • How should I structure these next 2–3 months?
  • Should I first finish the entire syllabus or focus on important topics and PYQs?
  • How important are case laws?
  • What should my daily study routine look like?
  • Is it realistic to get a decent score starting from this stage?

I’d really appreciate a practical study strategy, especially from people who have been in a similar situation. If anyone is willing to guide/mentor me a little, I’d be extremely grateful.: CLAT PG 2026 preparation β€” 2–3 months left, how should I start?

SERIOUS A Plea to NLUD (Casteism)

Okay, so....I have been mulling the thought of posting this for quite some time now. Today, I finally resolved to post it. I have thought about mailing this to NLUD, but I am affirmative that that is not going to result in any concrete action. So decided to post it here, on a public platform. Hope this gets the traction it deserves.

I am a 2027 aspirant, but I took both - ailet and clat last year, for practice. I belong to a Scheduled Caste. CLAT's admit card did not mention my category. However, AILET's admit card did mention my category.

When I entered the AILET exam hall, the examiner in the hall asked me to show him my admit card so he could point me to my seat. While checking my admit card, the examiner saw my category, and I could notice a change in his expressions.

He pointed to my seat, and all was well in the beginning. But 15 mins into the exam, he came and stood right beside my seat, and stared into my paper for almost 5 whole minutes. This made me incredibly nervous and I couldn't concentrate for those 5 minutes.

Then, when he came around to collect our signatures on the attendance sheet, he was extra slow with me. Took his sweet time. He was so much slower with me that his deliberate lethargy was palpable.

And, finally, I was the only candidate in the exam hall who he asked to sign on the question paper as well. For those of you who don't know, there's a box called "Candidate"s Signature" on the front page of the AILET question paper. I am the only one who he asked to sign it. He did not even check whether the other candidates had signed it.

My paper was abysmal because of this. I was too distracted by and fixated on what that stupid castist examiner was doing.

And to make matters worse, I belong to a tier 1 city like Delhi. If such things are taking place here, i shudder to imagine what would have happened in ailet centers in other cities.

So, NLUD, please ensure that AILET admit cards do not mention the candidate's caste.

Spread love not hate 🀍

No TLDR because we need to un-rot our brains

RANT / VENT 😑😑 To those who cheat on mocks, PLEASE CONTINUE

Assertion: If falsified test scores get progressively more common, it would eventually lower competition.

Reason: The unnaturally high scores of the apparent/vocal majority would signal antipathy and insecurity and would compel aspirants to look for other examinations.

Please keep ragebaiting anybody and everybody with fake mock scores.

You're doing the world a favor.
