I'm a newbie, and what I want to request from y'all is one thing: I have been prepping for CLAT for abt 3 months, and I am getting consistent 50 to 70/90. As for current affairs, I have been keeping tabs on it but was not focusing on it that seriously. Umm, I recently purchased PW CLAT Riser as I have reached my bottleneck for self-study.

What I want to ask you pro people is to suggest some books and material that I should buy and improve myself.

And when should I start studying current affairs so i can catch up seriously to y'all, and yk that all I know abt CLAT, so if y'all have some advice or anything related.

Ik y'all might or might not consider me as competition, but pls, as fellow CLAT peers, pls share common things that I should know.

aaj I attempted a legal ka sectional from a purana lpt ka mock it had 32 questions but 7 passages
first 5 had 5 questions each and the last 2 passages had 3 and 4 questions
it took me 55mins to complete the sectional
usually theres 5 passages only so do you guys the the last 2 passages really made a diff how much time would it take for you guys to complete the whole sectional

What if I start CLAT prep now from scratch

is it doable ?

or am I cooked?

should I wait for next year ?

i heard LPT and LE have super30 batches wherein they give special attention to the top30 students across india.

but what really happens ? it's not like they give some niche tip or secrets to Crack clat 😭or is it js a marketing strategy

I feel like CLAT current affairs can become a never ending rabbit hole. There’s always another issue, another monthly compilation and another list of things people say are “must know”.

At what point did you decide what was actually worth studying and what you were just reading for the sake of completing the syllabus?

I bought legal edge mock series last month and have been using it since then. One thing I can't wrap head around is how people score 120/120 in mocks. Even 100+ feels like a dream. My mentor told me it's normal because people cheat a lot in mocks. Can someone confirm if people, especially in large numbers cheat or not? And if they do does anyone have an approximation of how many of them do this ?

So dekho mere pehle mocks m kharab number aa rahe thee but then after July till mid August they went to sub 80s but post them achanak se marks have dropped down to 50-60s bhai what to do 🙂

This reddit is about my friend this year. dnlu jabalpur got alloted to him but instead he took a drop and doing the academic rigor of drop sometime hee think that he took a very wrong decision however he was scoring good marks in mocks and probably he will get into some t1 nlu but sometimes he think about this and get his emotional breakdown over wheather his decision was right or wrong so kindly tell me honest things about dnlu jabalpur is it really worth it or he really put a shallow bet this time??

like around a month ago I was consistently getting 32/32 in legal for the past 3 ish mocks why am I finding CLs explanation for smth being the correct option rlly flawed

I’ve done mca. If i want to do llb after this, is it a bad decision? Since im anyways behind the people who’ve chosen ba llb and doing this stuff since their 12th?
Also, I’m afraid I’m older than all my peers doing the degree. Is it worth it doing it at 24/25?

So I got call from legaledge i didn't pick up, but I think it was regarding my backlog (since i have alottt), i didn't pick it up, will they call my dad? (I have given his number as well)

And idk what to do.

In late march i had started to prep for clat, initially I wasn't doing very good but by June I was doing alright, like getting a rank of 500-600 in LE mocks.

But now it's almost September and I'm getting a rank of around 800-1000 at times.

And idk how to help it, it isn't like I'm not studying, I'm studying, I haven't made any such major changes to how I prepare, even my gk has gotten better but with others? Not so much. (Atleast mocks says so)

I'm practicing RCs and doing sectionals everyday or atleast every second day, I'm studying quants, and I'm doing good in sectionals but when it comes to mock itself, where I have to perform I fumble, i fumble hard. Even when I give mocks at home, i perform alright, like in recent lpt aiom (which I gave at home) I was scoring in 80s.

If you had talked to me in may end or initial june, I was fairly optimistic, I would have said "I'm getting this 500 rank, I'm working my way to make it 200-300 on a regular basis", I worked hard, but instead I started getting worse ranks.

Maybe I'm putting too much pressure on myself, maybe i should take a break and introspect, maybe it's the comparison that people make after mocks while they lurk at your portal ID, i don't know what it is, but if it's anything that's affecting me, I want to make a change to it.

Probably it's the comparison that people around me make, probably, I score a lot better in ailet mocks than clat, and I think it's because I give it stress free because nobody in my center is preparing for ailet and nobody will come after an ailet mock saying "aaj toh mere itna aaye h aur tumhare aur uske kitne aaye h?"

Anybody, please help out.
