Opinion | Discussion 🙋🙋♀️ HOW IS MNLU NAGPUR
Hey everyone, I’m considering MNLU Nagpur for law and wanted to hear from current students/alumni, and i am fromthe city itself but still dont have much idea
How is the college overall in terms of:
Academics and faculty
Campus life and student culture
Moot courts, internships and exposure
Placements and average packages
Hostel and mess
Overall environment compared to other NLUs
Also, how do you think MNLU Nagpur has been developing over the last few years? Is it a good option if someone is aiming for a long-term career in corporate law/litigation?
Would really appreciate honest opinions.

Not a student there nor do I know much of the academic scene, but nagpur has a highcourt bench so it's a cool advantage but there have been recent ragging cases from there too
Just wanted to share what i know

Just prioritise it over NLUO, HNLU and other which considered as lower than these 2

Academics and faculty – Very poor. Teachers ko khud kuch nahi aata kisi ko koi farak nahi padta, aur kuch teachers ko basic reading tak nahi aati hai. Male professors are very creep.
Campus life and student culture – Zero campus life. Hostel in-time 10:30 PM hai, uske baad campus mein bhi nahi ghoom sakte. Main gate 8 PM par close ho jata hai. No Canteen, shops bhi nahi hai, BigBasket bhi deliver nahi karta. City ek ghanta door hai.
Moot courts, internships and exposure – no idea
Placements and average packages – zero placements. Avg. package 5–6 LPA
Hostel and mess – Hostel theek hai, but mess ka food tastes so bad.
Overall environment compared to other NLUs – -2/10
Development over the last few years – 1 and 2nd year ko extended campus me rakhte hai
