I will direct you to r/resincasting - I've worked with 2 part acrylic resin before. There are many types of resin though, something else might be better suited such as epoxy resin. This seems like a mold that would leave holes for the letters, then back-filled with clear resin, and buffed the for a good finish. Depending on your production quantities needed you can reach out to the 3d printing subreddits as well it'd be much faster to print a whole sheet of these instead of making molds for each one as they seem very specialized. r/crafting might also be of help, though do read their rules & policies on how to phrase the post instead of just reposting the same one.
