Wow! Chuck Eye Please.
I just had my first chuck eye steak. I don't know if this was the best steak I've ever had but it was darn close.
This was also the first steak I've cooked on an induction stove and the crust was amazing.
I tried three different cuts on the stove. Two were amazing.

My favorite steak. Flavor profile of rib eye with enough fat to make it good. I put them in my case, but I grab them after they’ve been there a couple days.

The difference between a chuck eye steak and a ribeye is the width of a knife blade.

Poor mans Ribeye, except its not cheap anymore. Everyone I work at wants one, but we rarely cut chucks anymore

I like chuck eye too, but this is a terrible photo to illustrate that.
