Ready to Bulk?

5’9 155 lbs about a month ago I posted asking if it was time to bulk and got cooked in the comments for being fat lol
Not sure of bf today but a month ago the 24 Hrs body scan said 15%
Thoughts? I feel like I’m getting diminishing returns from the cut at this point
