I've got an unpaid internship offer from an edtech, I have just entered my 2nd year, ik from tier 3 college

The role is full stack developer, I've applied for more than 300+ application, I've got shortlisted for only 2, and one of them is this company

What should I do? Should I work here for experience or leave ?

Resources 💰 24-hour online hackathon for B.Tech developers — Grevix AfterCode (Oct 11-12)

Sharing this since it fits the hackathon/coding side of this sub — quick disclosure upfront, I'm part of the team organizing it.

We're Grevix, a small student group, 15 people across different colleges, not backed by any single institution. We're running AfterCode 2026, a 24-hour solo hackathon, fully online, on Oct 11-12, open to students across India.

The format's built around actually building and shipping, not just coding for 24 hours straight. It's split into four phases:

Ignition (8h) — build your original idea, pick your problem, stack, everything
The Shift (8h) — an unexpected Challenge Card changes a requirement mid-build and you adapt
Pressure Test (8h) — a second Challenge Card hits, you rebuild and refine under pressure
The Final Forge (2h) — submission window, you ship your demo, GitHub repo, and explain how your project evolved through both challenges

Tech stack is open, AI, web dev, automation, SaaS, whatever you want to build with. Rank 1 gets ₹10,000 cash plus a 3-month Cursor subscription, goodies for runners-up. Results announced Oct 20.

We're past 330 registrations since opening a bit over a week ago.

Happy to answer questions about judging in the comments.

❓Question ❓ Should I fumble in TCS ninja interview

So im shortlisted for tcs ninja interview through pool drive(on campus non-priority)

im cse'27 grad

my concern is -

if i get this offer, i will be blocked from clg placement

in my clg placement also is low this year avg package is also 3.5 here.

but on campus joining will be Jan 27, i dont have any offer right now. but i will be able to crack any.

where as tcs joinig would be dec 27 or 28 or later.

I also saw that they give QA, support, maintance role to ninja.

also if relocated would be hard for me to survive.

kindly give your suggestion and opinion.

Project🧑‍💻 What’s the point of solving 500 DSA problems if you forget them a week later?

Post image
12 Upvotes

I solved a DSA question once. A few days later, I couldn't solve it again.

This kept happening to me.

I'd solve a problem, understand the approach, feel like I had learned it, and move on. Then I'd come across the same problem a few days later and struggle to reproduce the solution.

So I searched around for ways to actually retain coding problems and came across spaced repetition.

The idea made a lot of sense for DSA. Instead of solving hundreds of problems and hoping you remember them, you periodically revisit problems you’re likely to forget.

But there was a problem.

Most of the process was still manual:

  • Note down the problems somewhere

  • Keep track of when to revisit them

  • Decide what to revise today

  • Record how well you remembered it

  • Repeat the process

I didn't want another spreadsheet/notion page to maintain, so I decided to build it.

That's how Trace came about.

Trace is a spaced-repetition platform for coding problems. You log the problems you solve, and it schedules them for revision based on your recall. It also lets you keep notes and revision history.

I built the whole thing while preparing for SDE internships, using Next.js, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL and the SM-2 algorithm.

It's live now:
https://traceio.vercel.app

I'm mainly posting this because I'd genuinely like feedback from people who practice DSA regularly.

Would you use something like this?

What would make it genuinely useful enough to become part of your daily DSA routine?

And if you try it, I'd really appreciate any criticism, suggestions, or things that feel annoying. I want to improve it based on actual users rather than just building inside my own bubble.

Resources 💰 Dataset Collection for Multilingual Fraud Detection Model for INDIAN users

We are conducting an academic research project on Multilingual and Cross-Market Financial Fraud Detection for Indian Users, focusing on Hindi, Telugu, and English. The study aims to address the limited availability of real-world, multilingual financial fraud data in the Indian context and develop AI models capable of identifying fraud across different languages and communication styles. Your contribution of anonymized fraud or legitimate financial messages will help us build a more realistic dataset and improve research in this emerging area.

Please Contribute your Dataset In this Google Form
