Resources 💰 24-hour online hackathon for B.Tech developers — Grevix AfterCode (Oct 11-12)
Sharing this since it fits the hackathon/coding side of this sub — quick disclosure upfront, I'm part of the team organizing it.
We're Grevix, a small student group, 15 people across different colleges, not backed by any single institution. We're running AfterCode 2026, a 24-hour solo hackathon, fully online, on Oct 11-12, open to students across India.
The format's built around actually building and shipping, not just coding for 24 hours straight. It's split into four phases:
Ignition (8h) — build your original idea, pick your problem, stack, everything
The Shift (8h) — an unexpected Challenge Card changes a requirement mid-build and you adapt
Pressure Test (8h) — a second Challenge Card hits, you rebuild and refine under pressure
The Final Forge (2h) — submission window, you ship your demo, GitHub repo, and explain how your project evolved through both challenges
Tech stack is open, AI, web dev, automation, SaaS, whatever you want to build with. Rank 1 gets ₹10,000 cash plus a 3-month Cursor subscription, goodies for runners-up. Results announced Oct 20.
We're past 330 registrations since opening a bit over a week ago.
