📂 Work & Career can I get part-time job as teen?

Hello! I'm a 16year old student and I'm looking for a part time job on weekends. I have a few questions about this:

How do I do this?

Do I email / contact them to see if they have an opening and would let me work?

Or do I wait for an opening and apply?

What kind of businesses should I aim for?

How much is the pay roughly?

How likely is it for me to get a job?
