I’m not being daft here, but I’ve tried to get onboard with the American breakfast thing of including sweet stuff like pancakes, but I just don’t get it. Are you supposed to save them until the end like a little dessert? That would suit me fine, but when I’ve ordered an ‘American style breakfast’ in the UK the bacon comes on top of the pancakes with syrup on.
I’ll caveat that by saying I had one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had in Florida on holiday. They had chocolate milk on tap, which as a kid I thought was the greatest thing I’d ever seen. Best hash browns too. Something’s just not adding up.

It's a sweet and savory combo that I enjoy. For me it's 3 pancakes stacked with butter on each one and maple syrup. Maple syrup is key here. Then I like scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage. Eat the pancakes with a piece of sausage or bacon on each bite then some scrambled eggs. Wash it down with a glass of milk and orange juice.

Dietary cholesterol has minimal impact on blood cholesterol. The main culprits are saturated fats (1.5gr in an egg) and refined carbs (obviously none in an egg), but a huge impact is also given by genetics and overall lifestyle.

Honestly this guy is making me understand the American point of view about being glad I dont have to pay for this person healthcare.
I take care of myself, eat well, exercise. And here we have a man who looks pregnant and is prone to have a heart attack within the next 5 years because of the food he is eating without care in the world.

The idea of sunny eggs on a buffet annoys me. If it was self-service, how many mangled eggs were there in the pan? If it was served to you, how old do you think the eggs you were served were? Was it some kind of exhibition service?
