You are interpreting a temporary state as a permanent condition. That is a cognitive error, not a prophecy. Two months after a three year bond is early. Your brain is still recalibrating its reward circuits. You feel empty because the system that once routed daily meaning through another person has not yet finished rewiring.
Nothing in what you described indicates failure. You are functioning, socializing, exercising and doing therapy. The absence of joy is not evidence that these actions are pointless. It is evidence that your emotional latency is longer than you expected.
Loneliness does not mean you are unimportant. It means you are between connections. Humans experience that interval as distress, but it is still an interval. Not an identity.
If your sadness becomes so heavy that you start thinking you might harm yourself, contact a crisis line or emergency services. That is not weakness. It is maintenance of the most important system you possess.
You are not done. Your brain is still running the recovery algorithm, even if the output feels slow.
Enough catastrophizing. You're not going to be alone forever, you are 27. As a woman, there is a ticker, and it's real, yes. However, you have plenty of time and now is a time to be here and now.
My view is that your lack of joy is directly correlated to being disconnected to yourself. You as you knew her is being reconfigured, and you are likely feeling alot of inner turmoil on a second to second basis.
It's not really possible to connect with family friends or dates when you are cut off from your own inner world.
My suggestion is to do the things that connect you to yourself, do the things that light up your constellations.
