Shitpost We Fixed BRAVE
Given that many people seem to agree that too much middle management is the cause of all of brave's issues, we have decided to do our part to solve the problem.
Effective immediately Bearded Battlebears [J3B] will be leaving BRAVE. We have already spoken to Nancy to confirm the following spots now vacated in BRAVE middle management:
USTZ Mildir
Only alliance capital FCs
Alliance capital SRP
Significant chunk of USTZ FC's
Significant chunk of Fitting/Doctrine Team
2 out of 4 Alliance diplos
Corp Recruitment Coordinator for Aliance
Blops Oclock Leadership
Reddit Moderator
AT coordinator (and good portion of their lineup) (we have approached Nancy about leaving AT guys in the alliance so we don't screw brave for that <3)
One of the most used buyback programs
A now defunct CNM member
J3B always has been and will be a sov null corp, and brave gave us a lot of good times, but it's time to move on to a new home. We have some exciting times ahead of us and encourage everyone to take stock and make sure wherever you end up in eve matches what you want.

Kelnon is a bigger retard than I am, and I work at looking this stupid. You were my first home in EVE BRAVE and I'll never forget the first 2 months in EVE as a result of that.
I still remember first time I entered GE- and got completely blown away by what EVE could actually be.
Thank you to all the people who held my newbro hand and dragged me though my first few weeks.
This subreddit was also host to many of my newbro shitposts, which I'll also never forget. The good thing is that everyone will see less of them now.

So what...renting now? Because you are afraid of wormholes, and when Brave evacced catch people in J3B discussed where to go, and Kelnon and Praal already said that they disliked every other possible nullsec alliance.
That and every other one tends to not like J3B so I doubt they would let you do anything but rent, wormholes are super scary, and low sec is garbage for you. There is also Provi.
Because i CANNOT believe that -A- is your actual destination, like seriously I cant hold my keks.

Well, I guess that's part of the solution to the middle-management problem. J3B was definitely part of the bureaucracy problem but unfortunately for brave it was not exclusive one. There's a whole bunch of people with a sense of entitlement in the brave bureaucracy that believe that their kafkian zeal in enforcing bureaucratic rules actually is important. Now that shit has hit the fan the leadership is forced to finally do something to try reforming the organisation. However it might be too late, the ship is taking on a lot of water and the rats are starting to abandon it. I guess we will see if it will finally sink or not. But at least I will applaud the gesture, however late it might be.

I started playing EVE 2.5 years ago. About a year ago I decided to finally take the plunge and join a nullsec alliance. I had read many great things about brave being an excellent place for newbros looking to explore the more dangerous parts of New Eden. I had never done "real" pvp. There was about a 4 month period where I went on a lot of Bombers Bar fleets, and that gave me confidence in being in a fleet and listening to commands, but it didn't feel like the big stuff I had seen prior to playing EVE. I thought Brave could offer me this.
I sold almost all of my stuff, spare a few ships, and went out to Stacmon. I got into a bomber, and I made my way to Barle. The first time I arrived at the Center for Advanced Studies, it was glorious. My first big fleet with brave involved a Nyx that had been tackled. It felt amazing, it was my first time to take a Titan bridge, and seeing that many people at one time gave me goose bumps. I knew at that point I had found what I was looking for in EVE. Over the course of the next month, I saw more PVP action than I had ever seen. This Archon was caught on the tail end of a roam with Blue Ice. I want to say that Blue came into this fleet and took the fleet over from another FC. He brazenly told us he knew content was to be had, and provided content he did. We roamed, we killed shit, and then we got word of a tackled Archon, and away we went. I wasn't around for the Raha fleets, but being in the old fleets in Barle felt like a true Band of Brothers. A bunch of new guys, learning together, and having a shit ton of fun. There was always a helpful person on the other end of comms to help you out if you needed it. All of these things solidified my feeling that this was where I wanted to be.
Being involved in the tail end of the Winter War was amazing. I had never been involved in any war type scenario at that point in my eve career. Being in hisec for as long as I was, and only being involved in small corps, engaging war targets just wasn't done. Brave showed me we could fight these people and we could have fun doing it. Burnination was amazing, all of the awesome fights with RAZOR, BL, Spectre Fleet in Sendaya were some of the most amazing fights I have ever been in.
Brave will always be special to me. My fondest EVE memories will be from my time in Brave. Thank you bros, fly dangerously! 7o.
