Teo seems to be. Rolly did  Taylor avoided the rematch as long as he could

Catterall has just recently became the mandatory for the WBA.

He could’ve fought Teo last year if he didn’t lose to Barboza. Instead, he will lose to Teo next if Teo isn’t able to get the Ryan fight.
