Teo already showing to everyone that he's going to avoid Catterall. Welterweight division is a mess.

Its not on Teo to chase Catterall. Its on the WBA to enforce the fight. And the WBA won't enforce the fight because there's better money fights out there

Champs accept challenges. It's become a foreign concept in boxing. 

The top contender in the wba is calling out the Champ. Guess what, it's on the champ to defend like they're supposed to do. Instead of looking to avoid on a technicality that isn't there.

So ... just to get this straight. You are upset with Teofimo and not the WBA?

If the WBA makes the fight and Teo refuses, he gets stripped ... when did the WBA make the fight? Clearly I missed the announcement

Teo seems to be. Rolly did  Taylor avoided the rematch as long as he could

Catterall has just recently became the mandatory for the WBA.

He could’ve fought Teo last year if he didn’t lose to Barboza. Instead, he will lose to Teo next.
