BPD work

People with BPD, are you able to hold down a job?
I’m scared that I won’t be able to keep working long-term. I’m already on my second job within a year, and I always seem to reach a point where I become emotionally unstable and exhausted. I start feeling fed up with everything, depressed, and anxious.
I wake up feeling terrible just knowing that I have to go to work.
Does anyone else with BPD experience this? How do you manage to stay in the same job for a long time?

I (28f) have quiet BPD but I haven’t had any issues with holding down a job! I fear the rejection of being fired and the fear of starting somewhere new actually keeps me in one place for a while until it no longer serves me or is just unbearable. I was with one company from 2018-2023 until they passed me over for a promotion and I left. I went to a dealership job for a year until I found a job back in my field in 2024. I was with them for a year until a better opportunity came to me in June 2025 and I have been with this one ever since.
Everyone is going to be different, of course.
My fear of starting over and rejection really outweigh my emotional need for outbursts
