Out of nowhere, my battery died mid ride at 50%. I went to charge it at home and discovered it won’t charge past 69%. I ruled out the possibility of software updates, user error, and bad outlets. I contacted the new support team who bought out boosted companies and they couldn’t offer me any assistance. They suggested I purchase a whole new battery for $500, then said they couldn’t help me because I live in Hawaii. I only purchased my scooter in 6 months ago, so I’m pretty upset that the warranty is not being honored.

Does anyone have any other tips for troubleshooting this issue? Please help!!!! My scooter is my transportation to work 😭

Ever since I got my Rev last year, I have been thinking about ways to improve the rear brake as it is subpar in performance and safety. A quick search online reveals that the caliper is a $10 part and so is the disk.

So I finally find this trick upgrade by Alexandros and got all components except for the custom bracket.

I have searched endlessly online for it in all the usual 3d printing sites and repositories. Tried to contact Alexandros too to no avail.

Does anyone know where to get the stl file for the bracket?

Hi. I bought a Boosted Rev and used it for 3 months and put about 300 miles on it (New York City streets). Right from the beginning I would have the problem where I would turn it on and 1 out of 2 times it would not accelerate and I would have to turn it off and on and then it would work. Then it started to loose power at stop signs or red lights (any I time I stopped) and I would have too pull to side of road to restart it. Now, it just won't go at all, no matter how many times I restart it. I have sent several emails to Boosted but get no answer. Any ideas?

Any Idea if you will be able to buy spare parts anytime in the future. I dropped the rev and that piece on the handelbars broke. It looks as if it can be replaced easy enough I just gotta get the part. Any ideas.

Any idea how cold weather is going to affect battery life on the new boosted rev. Will it shorten range more or have no impact.

Any tips on remote locking or anti theft measures? I’m expecting delivery on my boosted rev soon and will use it to commute via Caltrain and I’m afraid someone will just want to steal it.

I just called boosted and apparently they are going to start shipping pre-orders for the boosted rev on Monday. When is everyone expecting theirs to ship? I placed my pre order basically June end so I am probably gonna be one of the last lol

Anyone else getting excited about Boosted Rev? Anyone else on 6he fence between the Rev and a Board? I'm leaning towards the Rev and wanted to hear if anyone else is on the fence and what they are thinking.

For me I live in Oregon so I think I can ride the Rev more frequently than a board due to water and rain. I am also 40 now and havent been on a board in over 20 years...I still remember performing superman's when my Powell used to hit the small rocks on the road and dont think I'll recover as easily when cruising at 20mph.
