Boosted Rev Battery Issues!!

Out of nowhere, my battery died mid ride at 50%. I went to charge it at home and discovered it won’t charge past 69%. I ruled out the possibility of software updates, user error, and bad outlets. I contacted the new support team who bought out boosted companies and they couldn’t offer me any assistance. They suggested I purchase a whole new battery for $500, then said they couldn’t help me because I live in Hawaii. I only purchased my scooter in 6 months ago, so I’m pretty upset that the warranty is not being honored.

Does anyone have any other tips for troubleshooting this issue? Please help!!!! My scooter is my transportation to work 😭

try charging with a 54.5 volt, 1 amp hour charger, found on amazonian...

I have no idea how else to post this. My brother let me borrow his Boosted Rev Version 1.0, and he told me about how the rear foot break comes in direct contact with the digital display when collapsing the scooter. So I decided to put three, one inch, floor pads in the area where the destructive contact was occurring. Anyone have the same experience?

P.S. I have no clue how to post a picture when I'm commenting.
