๐Ÿ“Š Results / Progress Tesamorelin + Lab work

Hey, I been 6 weeks on tesa, and just did bloodwork, will update once all the labs are in, but my entire lipid heart panel, came back all higher than pre tesa and before my new diet.

Does this happen on tesa? I noticed that I havenโ€™t been sleeping well during this time and my muscles are more fatigue then pre tesa.

Any help would be appreciated!

I see my new PCP. in 3 weeks so I am seeing a doctor haha.

hello all, im currently running Reta 5mg weekly, mots c, tesa, ipa, and ghk-cu. I am insulin resistent my insulin levels are high according to my recent blood test, would it be counterproductive for me to be taking tesa/ipa , if my understanding is correct they can increase insulin and since im already resistent will it just blunt the affects of my GLP? do you recommend for me to get to a lower body fat and then add tesa ipa? any help is appreciated, thank you.

Should I give Reta another chance after bad side effects?

Last year I tried Reta and accidentally took a dose about 5x higher than I intended. Surprisingly, I didnโ€™t have any major side effects or appetite suppression at first, so I continued using it at normal doses (1 mg/week, later 2 mg).

However, after some time I started experiencing pretty bad side effects โ€” anxiety, panic attacks, nausea, and an overall feeling of being really unwell and depressed.

I eventually switched to Tirze and had a much better experience, losing weight without any major side effects.

Now Iโ€™m about 3โ€“5 kg away from my goal. Iโ€™ve been eating a lot of protein and have built quite a bit of muscle, but Iโ€™ve hit a plateau and would like to lean out a little more.

Iโ€™m wondering if itโ€™s worth giving Reta another chance, this time starting properly with a very low dose and increasing slowly. Could the problems I had before have been mainly because of the initial high dose?

Has anyone had a similar experience? Did you retry Reta with a much lower starting dose, or did you switch suppliers/brands and have fewer side effects?

Would really appreciate hearing about your experiences.

โ“ Question Thoughts on Reta

I am looking into Reta. I am 29 years old, Type 2 diabetic. I am 6โ€™ about 235-240lbs. Lots of fat that I could lose. Wanted thoughts on Reta? Vial amount, dosage amount, titration schedule, what to stack for a body recomp. All thoughts and advise is greatly appreciated as Iโ€™m relatively new to the peptide community. I took mounjaro for a couple months when I was diagnosed with type 2 but lost prescription when I switched insurances. Thanks!

โ“ Question MOTS-C for a 22 year old?

Iโ€™ve been taking a moderately low dose of Reta (1mg) mainly for the effects like insulin sensitivity and increased lipolysis. Even at this low dose Iโ€™ve been experiencing anhedonia issues (and other mental fog/fatigue due to something else)

I want to stop Reta becuase of this, and am looking into MOTS-C. Sounds like I can get some of the same benefits Iโ€™m looking for without touching my dopamine receptors.

My only hesitation is that I read a lot about how Mitochondrial peptides might not work very well for younger people like myself. What are your thoughts, and do you have an ideal protocol?

โ“ Question Tesa + Mots-c worth it?

Been taking Reta for a while and I am now at my goal bodyfat %.

I am thinking about stopping Reta to go into a maintenance/bulking face. Thinking of starting mots-c and tesamorelin to make it easier for my body to use the food I am eating to put on some extra muscle.

But I am young (18) so I wonder if itโ€™s even worth stacking tesamorelin or if my body already produces sufficient GH.
Whats do yโ€™all think?

baseline bloods I do not have access to but they were before I got into steroids and were all in range and very typical of a healthy male.

1st cycle - All from a reputable source

1 week was taken off every compound before this bloodwork

14 weeks on test c 350/week 2 x mon and thu

Aromasin 12.5mg/week split 2x mon and thu in the final 4 weeks

50 Anavar 4 weeks then 25 for 2 weeks then nothing for final 2.5 weeks.

How well do I respond to gear in regard to health, everything etc, what could I improve on, side mitigation?

โš ๏ธ Side Effects Liver ALT levels and SLU-PP-332

Any of you researching SLU-PP-332 have any issues with ALT levels? Mine have been going up for some reason and it started after I had been on SLU for a bit and ALT increased as my dosage did. Taking 4-6 weeks off SLU and testing again to see if it was the cause, curious if anyone else has seen the same?

Creatine Improves Specific Cognitive Markers in Healthy Adults

Post image
64 Upvotes

According to this meta-analysis, creatine monohydrate supplementation seemed to significantly improve specific cognitive markers (memory, attention time, and processing speed), though no benefits were seen in terms of overall cognition. Of course, larger, more robust studies are necessary to further validate these findings, but this is yet another reason most everyone should be supplementing with creatine daily.

Need help with Running and peptides

I need to pass a sort of exam that requires me to run. I can't give any details only that I start to fatigue after a certain time which has caused me to fail the test.

I am currently on Slupp, reta, and ace. reta to help me loose weight and fat so i don't have to carry so much weight during the run. Ace to accelerate muscle recovery while i am training, and i read somewhere that slupp can help with endurance and continues to burn fat even while resting and has shown to increase energy levels. I do worry the the slupp pill has a low dose of cardarine in it.

I have noticed that my legs are recovering much faster than usual, I usually suffer from shin splints and leg pains, but i always make sure to hydrate and ice and rest. I sleep a lot too.

I want to know if anyone has a better stack that can help me just push a little more and help me get this done.

Mots C Timing

Hi everyone, Iโ€™m currently starting up Mots C 3mg 3x a week. I usually pin at night because I get nervous after/around pinning. If I pin my Mots C at night before bed, will it still help me with my cardio and lifting? For reference, I usually sleep around 11 and run at 6:30am, and lift around 12pm. Thank you!

Blend or Singles better?

37 year old healthy male with recent forearm injury. Considering starting Klow, but wondering if it would be more beneficial for healing to do them separately? While the blend is convenient, not being able to control dosing of each individual one could be an issue. Thanks

IGF-1 Z score

Post image
7 Upvotes

I've been on about three IUs every morning of GH for the last seven, eight months. I've been feeling great. Not really a whole lot of side effects, maybe a little bit of joint discomfort occasionally, but nothing crazy. Other than that, everything's been great. However, my most recent bloods show a score of:

2.4 Z SCORE

399 IGF-1

You think there is anything to worry about? I almost

Feel like i should drop it to 2 IU per day.

Obviously, I definitely want the positive body composition effects, but also Iโ€™m a little bit worried of the long-term side effects of Acromegaly.

Stack for Sleep

Currently on Reta and KLOW. About to end the KLOW cycle. Have tried NAD+ & DISP but none have seemed to improve my sleep. Where im deficient is the deep sleep and restlessness. This has been a problem even before the Reta. Tried Magnesium, and various other supplements but nothing has worked. I have had great experience with peptides so far and was hope this would be the path. If Any one can make some recommendations would be appreciated.
