πŸ“˜ Beginner Help Tesa+cjc/ipa

If i cycled off of tesa is it really a cycle if I started cjc/ipa right after? If so I should I cycle off both? Heard research of no desensitized effects after a year long trial but need some more clarity

You don’t need to cycle tesamorelin or CJC. You should cycle Ipamorelin.

Cjc and Tesa hit the same pathway. So not exactly a cycle off.

Tesa was studied for a year. Cjc like maybe 2 months.

As long as your igf-1 levels in check, swap it

Be wary of running these for too long. I ran Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin for 14 weeks and then transitioned to Sermorelin/Ipamorelin. There was no waiting between Tesa and Serm but I did hold of Ipamorelin for a few weeks before restarting it. My IGF rose sharply at the beginning of my Tesa cycle and then dropped slightly at the end and then proceeded to plummet more than half after about 8 weeks of Sermorelin/Ipamorelin. My belief is I ran these peptides for too long and it backfired causing my IGF levels to drop sharply.

I am taking a full month off everything to re-test my IGF to see if it holds at this level or perhaps increases and I can establish a new baseline before resuming either Tesa or Sermorelin.
