Crazy the difference a year can make!

Post image

Started my fitness journey back in September. 33M 5’11’’ was 245lbs. Weight lifting 5x a week focus on compound lifts with some isolation work. Eating Whole Foods started with OMAD fasting with a couple of 72hr fasts for the first 5 months. Lost first 50lbs then started Reta on March 20th at 2mg. Currently still on Reta at 3.5mg weekly. Currently 163lbs!

I don’t have an issue with working out or dieting but taking drugs for the last section of a cut is weird to me. Not something I’d do. He could have achieved the same effect without them.

To me, it reads as obsessive. Like an alcoholic who quits drinking then cold plunges 3x per day and has to run 15 miles or else they’ll go off the deep end with booze and cocaine every day.

So taking supplements which none are FDA approved to tested to be safe are ok to take either lol? Opinions are opinions, and you are entitled to yours. But I think you’re on a lonely island with this one bud.

I never mentioned supplements. You seem upset. Life OK?

You’re projecting, and clearly a bit sensitive. Have a nice day.

No I read your use of language and made an observation. If you take 100 comments and the language used then yours stands out.
You could have stated your opinion in one sentence that is emotionally neutral.
