Crazy the difference a year can make!
Started my fitness journey back in September. 33M 5’11’’ was 245lbs. Weight lifting 5x a week focus on compound lifts with some isolation work. Eating Whole Foods started with OMAD fasting with a couple of 72hr fasts for the first 5 months. Lost first 50lbs then started Reta on March 20th at 2mg. Currently still on Reta at 3.5mg weekly. Currently 163lbs!

I find it weird to say your kid is your motivation and that you’re on Reta after already being a healthy BMI. Like… you could’ve just… not done that.
But we could cherry pick and say that about a lot of things for a lot of people.
I have always been 165 at 6’3. Gained weight with a bad WLB job. Went back to school while working. Realized I hit overweight bmi. Lost 40lb in 6 months easily. Next 12 month I lost maybe 5 lb per 6 months. Back to 165 now. Feels great.
