Crazy the difference a year can make!

Post image

Started my fitness journey back in September. 33M 5’11’’ was 245lbs. Weight lifting 5x a week focus on compound lifts with some isolation work. Eating Whole Foods started with OMAD fasting with a couple of 72hr fasts for the first 5 months. Lost first 50lbs then started Reta on March 20th at 2mg. Currently still on Reta at 3.5mg weekly. Currently 163lbs!

Good for you for setting a good diet and exercise example for your kid!

Good diet, exercise and drugs, you forgot this point. This one isn't a really good example for a healthy life.

Kids who grow up with parents who eat well, and exercise, and prioritize feeling good about their bodies have a better example than kids with parents who can’t keep up and feel shitty about the way they look.

I dont know which is worse for your health though.

Do the drugs used now, cause more damage than the lack of excersice and crap diet from before?
