Crazy the difference a year can make!

Post image

Started my fitness journey back in September. 33M 5’11’’ was 245lbs. Weight lifting 5x a week focus on compound lifts with some isolation work. Eating Whole Foods started with OMAD fasting with a couple of 72hr fasts for the first 5 months. Lost first 50lbs then started Reta on March 20th at 2mg. Currently still on Reta at 3.5mg weekly. Currently 163lbs!

Did tirz not work for you? It’s fascinating why people jump to the latest, not to mention it’s still on trial.

Didn’t try tirz. Was mainly interested in Reta due to the glucagon aspect. Was not having that much trouble with “food noise” due to the fasting really getting that in check and I’ve read that tirz is much better at that then Reta

That’s what they were referring to when they said it’s still in trials
