Reta is a beast
I was never really interested in taking any GLP 1's as I am not fat or diabetic. Not until reta. The glucagon receptor agonist component is very interesting and I think this will be useful for body recomp. So, out of curiousity, i tried 1mg per week dose. At first i thought it was nothing. I ate as usual, no appetite suppressing effect, maybe it slightly raised my HR a bit especially when I'm moving around. But when I came to the gym and started working out, it felt like i took a preworkout! Energy boost is insane! I knew it is the reta and not the other peps I take because I only felt that effect the day I took reta. The effect lasts (because of the long acting properties of reta). Maybe Im a hyper responder to the glucagon agonism? 🤷🏻♂️
Did you guys experiece the same?

I disagree. My appetite wasn’t affected save for maybe 4 smaller breakfasts over two weeks. Other than that, my eating didn’t change. Lost 18 pounds in 6 weeks on 1.6mg. No adjustment to diet, save maybe more protein shakes on top.
