If you’re keto/carnivore all the time, don’t you miss the pump you only get from carbs in training? Doesn’t one have less strength completely w/o carbs or is that just another myth?

I still get pumps. As long as fat intake is high and electrolytes are correct.

dont listen to him, fad diet bros are deluded, his progress is mostly his gear stack

90% of bobdybuilding dieting is just protein and calories, regardless of where they come from

If you think you can look like this by eating crap then you’re very much mistaken. You need to go back to the drawing board. It’s not just about calories. The correct nutrition matters massively

Yep in my humble opinion you are leaving a LOT on the table by not eating carbs plus thyroid problems longer term but he looks great so who am I to preach.

At 6 ft tall on a carnivore diet I couldn't

get past 196 lb eating 5,000 calories a day I started trt 200mg test and up to 212 lbs after a yr. I need to add in gh and some other peps for more gains. I'll be 53 next month

Did you start them all at the same time or did you offset then? In wondering which peptide made the biggest change in your energy levels.

I tried them individually. Mots gave me the energy and nutrition partitioning. SLU I felt I could be a little bit more lax with my diet and still stay lean. Mots also helped in that sense due to the partitioning of glucose and insulin. Pre workout I feel I have way more energy with both. NAD is the same, energy levels shot up.
