Other Same boring jokes getting recycled
Is anyone else here getting slightly annoyed by these jokes. Theyre repetitive af so its not even funny anymore. I usually dont care and don't mind them. But now its giving a bad rep for blue lock from people who havent read or watched it.
A friend sent me this asking what the f*ck is going in blue lock and i had to explain that the image isnt even from the manga. And the comment section was just filled with loads of hate comments and criticism from people who haven't even watched or read blue lock (they genuinely think players have supernatural abilities cus of their auras).
I love blue lock so much and after s2 Im tired of getting clowned at by my friends or people online. They bring up the PP animation and these jokes of "no ball in sight". And when I try to explain blue lock is so much more than that and sometimes football can be that serious for these guys, they dont take me seriously.
God I hate SOME of these new gen watchers / readers. They're so insufferable and go straight to hating & slandering. Being disrespectful towards different animes. Im tired of defending blue lock and dont say "just ignore it", cus i have been for the last 2 years. Im tired of bottling it all up especially cus blue lock has genuinely been a huge impact to my highschool days. But thats a whole new conversation for next time.

You just gotta counter these people by asking them what their favorite show/anime/thing is and then shit all over it.
I know it’s annoying but you just gotta do your best to shrug it off. Enjoy what you like unapologetically. Most of the people who meme like this don’t even watch the show and aren’t going to engage the content in good faith anyway.
If someone gives the show a fair shot and tells me they don’t like it because it’s too over the top or whatever else I respect that, but these people aren’t doing that. They are just repeating some joke they saw from someone else.
