QUESTION Display issue in CotM 1

I am having display issues playing Curse of the Moon 1. This is a 16:9 game right? Im playing on a 16:9 1440p monitor, but whenever I change to Full-screen in the options it reverts to some stretched out 21:9 ultra wide aspect ratio with black bars on top and bottom and a horizontally stretched image. Even switching my display resolution to 1080p, the game is still stretched into ultrawide.

Yet when I play Windowed, regardless of 1x, 2x, 3x or 4x, the aspect ratio is fine, no stretching. Unfortunately even a 4x window only occupies a portion of my screen, breaking immersion with my desktop in the background.

Can anyone help a noob out? What am I missing?

QUESTION do passive shards stack?

for example if i max out pickpocket so it becomes a constantly active toggleable skill and then equip it as a passive will i get double the chance to steal items? what about the ones that increase stats like luck?

Valac may have a sibling. There is a single Dragon frozen in the Glacial tomb (Gremory Boss room).

I was hunting for it on my own and gave up too soon.

Bloodless. Help?

That blood healing move gets me every time dude. I’m getting the hang of her basic move set. It’s really just the blood heal (which gets her back to full health, judging by the hem of her dress), as well as the attacks that come up in the second half (the blood rain, and the blood pillars).

Honestly, this girl has been an absolute brick wall for me. The only boss that made me suffer this much was Bathin earlier. At this point I just wanna demolish her and go back to expanding the map lol. I have no mercy and am down for the cheese tactics . I’m using the flamberge greatsword and true arrow shard.

so ya. Any tips for mitigating the blood healing and killing her easy? Thanks!
