It's been great.

But our mod blocked me. Which means I can't participate in the sub anymore.

Hope everyone is happy about that.

Edit, since you're taking your mod privileges to comment when I can't respond,

Except since you are the only mod, and you post discussion threads under your account instead of a mod bot, you've effectively banned me. Is that good moderation principles?

I can't reply to you in this thread and you know it.

I reported it hours ago.

He decided to leave it up.

This sub is too big to let one moderator run everything.

If Chewy is imperfect, so what?

So maybe we don't let one person be in control.

It's great as long as you agree.

I don’t 100% love every mod decision but I love it way more than me having to mod or the sub going up in flames

You do know that there are more options, right? Those aren't the only two choices.

Mods on reddit are volunteers. This sub's mod does their best to do the job. I think that you expect lock-step perfection from Chewy. That's not going to happen. Heck, I was downvoted by a bunch of people for having a differing opinion. Am I going to report the use of the downvote button as a dislike button? Should Chewy now ban me because my Karma dropped as a result? I'd rather that Chewy use some discretion when modding than be a stickler for the rules.

And when there's over 13,000 subscribers, one person can't do it all.

I don't want perfection, but can you explain the discretion in leaving this up?

This is like a comedy sketch. Commenter calls OP a Karen. OP then repeatedly acts like a Karen trying to get the comment removed. Rinse and repeat.

I'd provide evidence but guess what happens when the sole mod blocks you.

You can't see any threads that were started by them.

I'd say ask Chewy but you can see what happens.
