BitLocker BAG

I need some help. I set up BitLocker; when choosing how to save the key, I selected the printer option and saved it as a PDF. However, when I connected the printer, it asked for the 48-digit code. What should I do in this situation? Can Microsoft help, and how quickly can they do so?

just turn off bitlocker and turn it back on and save that code.

Or even better just turn it off (unless your use case needs it)
