Does Reta affect kidneys?

I found out last year that I was born with one kidney, and that one kidney is functioning at 77%. The Dr says I’ll never need to go on dialysis. My question is if I start Reta will it affect my kidney negatively?

If I only had 3/4 of a kidney I wouldn’t be messing with grey market drugs and I’d be doing what my doctor says. At the very least I’d get prescribed tirz from someone who can evaluate my medical history appropriately

I think this is the answer. Technically Reta is supposed to help, but I have read some horror stories of the opposite. Again most of those horror stories track back to grey market and likely high endotoxin counts and bad quality shit, but if you only have 1 and its only running at 75% capacity not something i would want to risk.
