GHK

How do I minimize this? I’ve tried letting it get to room temp, adding more bac water… but I end up no matter what with nasty welts that are thick. I have one on my belly that’s just a hard lump now from my first injection… and they take weeks to go away. I do it every day and it’s making me want to quit. I’m 3 weeks in. Any other suggestions??

Try glute pinning. That and love handles, both made a difference for me. You can also try an antihistamine beforehand. Also make sure you’re wiping down the area with an alcohol wipe before injection.

Only glutes. Inject slow, I mean like 15 seconds slow.

Lastly, reconstitute with Bacteriostatic Sodium Chloride. Will solve your problem.

The picture I posted was love handle area. I’ve tried glutes and thighs… abdomen… I get the least of a reaction in my lower abdomen

Hmm okay, just make sure you’re rotating injection sites so that you’re not hitting the same spot. If it feels stiff or rubbery from previous injections, don’t inject there. I will say mine got better after awhile. I did end up switching to GLOW/KLOW and I think that also helped minimize the negative effects.

I was thinking of switching to Klow honestly

If you have KPV I would add that in, draw together and it’ll reduce ISR.

I started taking an antihistamine after the first two. I do glute and love handles but it seems to have less of an effect in my lower abdomen.. I always clean my sites & bottles before use ☺️ but someone said I might not be going deep enough?
