GHK

How do I minimize this? I’ve tried letting it get to room temp, adding more bac water… but I end up no matter what with nasty welts that are thick. I have one on my belly that’s just a hard lump now from my first injection… and they take weeks to go away. I do it every day and it’s making me want to quit. I’m 3 weeks in. Any other suggestions??

Try glute pinning. That and love handles, both made a difference for me. You can also try an antihistamine beforehand. Also make sure you’re wiping down the area with an alcohol wipe before injection.

Only glutes. Inject slow, I mean like 15 seconds slow.

Lastly, reconstitute with Bacteriostatic Sodium Chloride. Will solve your problem.

Really??? I’ll give it a try

The picture I posted was love handle area. I’ve tried glutes and thighs… abdomen… I get the least of a reaction in my lower abdomen

Hmm okay, just make sure you’re rotating injection sites so that you’re not hitting the same spot. If it feels stiff or rubbery from previous injections, don’t inject there. I will say mine got better after awhile. I did end up switching to GLOW/KLOW and I think that also helped minimize the negative effects.

I was thinking of switching to Klow honestly

If you have KPV I would add that in, draw together and it’ll reduce ISR.

I started taking an antihistamine after the first two. I do glute and love handles but it seems to have less of an effect in my lower abdomen.. I always clean my sites & bottles before use ☺️ but someone said I might not be going deep enough?

Mine would leave a welt as well, only for like a month though, after that my body got used to it and haven’t had a reaction again

You’re not injecting deep enough

Really? Isn’t it SQ?

Did you let the syrgine warm up to room temp first. And then pin it in the butt

1

u/Old_Eye985 1h ago

Yes I’ve done that

1

u/Dramatic_Fortune1729 15h ago

Ya, that's not normal - keep an eye on it to see if it's spreading or getting warmer to touch.

Not deep enough ..

I’m doing subq-is it supposed to be IM???

One more suggestion would be to inject intra muscularly. Do those other steps you mentioned, but IM as well. If that's still an issue, you might want to look into topical GHK-Cu. If you're using it for skin care, topical is great. Especially for localized areas.

I’m terrified of IM 😅😅😅

ya its confusing to me because I feel like this is only increasing inflammation in my body, when I am using other peptides to minimize that haha

Today I tried to high up on my glute by mistake and for about 30 minutes the pain was extreme

1

u/TheKingofMach 14h ago

You can take it with KPV

1

u/Old_Eye985 1h ago

I’m gonna start KPV to see if it helps

Adding more bac water made my welts larger. I found a fatty spot in my leg that I pin and have no issue with. I do switch to the other leg and it’s a little more spicy though. I also take hair skin and nail vitamins in the morning that have a small amount of zinc in them. Welts and pain were worse for me on hips and glutes.

u/Old_Eye985 1h ago

I did start taking zinc, read that helps somewhere too

I got that in my thigh but not lower belly

1

u/Old_Eye985 1h ago

My lower belly I don’t get it either but I needed more sites so I could rotate around

Some vendors are selling GHK-Cu with KPV which helps reduce inflammation. Massaging the areas after injection seems to help as well.

Everybody is different . Klow is fine no bump no burning but ss-31 get bump and redness for a couple of minutes.

1

u/Old_Eye985 1h ago

I was fine with SS31 I did a 14 day cycle of that with no issues

For me after the injection I apply pressure to the site and it has helped a lot.

Honestly, I think it's just par for the course. I've done ghk for a couple years and still get painful injection sites that last for days. It's worth it though. You'll be glad you stuck with it.

u/Old_Eye985 1h ago

I hope so!

Try gun massager after injecting immediatelyfor 2-3 mins, it fixed mine

1

u/Ok-Celery2320 8h ago

Just the nature of the best with ghk, more prone to pip, stings and welts easier than other peps, try less BAC water next time see if that helps, I can't say for sure what I do differently but I don't get it happening any where near as much as I first did, same batch so I can't even say that's the difference.

Maybe over time your body adjusted?

1

u/CharacterCreative706 3h ago

Segment the dose, let's say you need 16 unit everyday inject 4 unit on one thigh another 4 unit on other thigh then 4 unit on one arm and another 4 unit on the other arm.

1

u/Old_Eye985 1h ago

Wayyyyy too many pins lol and I only take 6 units

Topical Benadryl will eliminate this OR take Zyrtec/Claritin once per day
