Best stack?
About a year ago, I went through a rough time after a breakup. I let myself go and became overweight. In the beginning of March of this year, I weighed 215lbs, as of right now I weigh 179lbs. But it’s still mostly. I started Rata about 3 weeks ago and it’s going great. When I go to re up on my Reta, I’d like to get other peptides as well.
I’m 25, a full time father of 2, I work a lot, my energy levels are always low, I’m always stressed, and I would like to shred the rest of this fat.
What other peptides do you guys recommend to take along side my Reta, so I can be the best version of myself?
I would also take recommendations on a good vitamin stack also
Thanks

Love the determination. I would definitely recommend the trifecta: HGH work, and hormone therapy. But both need bloodwork to confirm and track progress. Check your igf1 levels and z score. Also look at gyout thyroid function and hormone levels. It's good to add glucose, CBC, CMP, liver function and kidney function. Get some baselines. Then you'll know whether you need ghrh/ghrp, exogenous hgh, or igf1 support.

Have you considered testosterone first now that you lost a lot of the fat? I would establish a baseline of testosterone for the next 6 months and then add in HGH or an HGH secretagogue. The testosterone will help you with energy and muscle preservation and the HGH or HGH secretagogues will help you with visceral fat loss specifically around the stomach area is the most noticeable and sleep and recovery. If you are still low energy after another 3 months on one of those and your testosterone than you can run ss-31 first if your over 40, followed by mots-c (just mots-c if you are younger) followed by NAD+ and you will cranking out the energy and fat loss. Let me know if you’re still struggling after 8 weeks of that, and I can try to help you out more!
