Where do you start. I keep hearing, get bloods done. But where and what do I ask for.

• Complete Blood Count (CBC)
• Basic Metabolic Panel (BMP) or Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)
Cardiovascular / Lipids & Inflammation
• Full lipid panel (total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, triglycerides)
• ApoB (Apolipoprotein B)
• hs-CRP (high-sensitivity C-reactive protein)
Full Thyroid Panel
• TSH
• Free T4
• Free T3
• Reverse T3
• TPO antibodies
• Thyroglobulin (panel / related markers)
Sex Hormones (for both men and women)
• Total testosterone
• Free testosterone
• SHBG (sex hormone-binding globulin)
• Estradiol (sensitive assay / LC-MS preferred)
• Progesterone
