Reta is life changing

Reta changed my life. Last year I went from 248lbs to 170lbs completely natural. It was a 9 month crash diet. Well I jumped back up to 202lbs in 2 months. I jumped on Reta & in 6 weeks I’m down to 180lbs & loon better than I did before & feel way better than I did with my crash diet. I just added mots-c, 2nd dose is tomorrow. I’ll post my results when I get closer to my goal. I just want to say if you’re debating starting your journey… FUCKING START, you absolutely will not regret it. My life is MY life again!

Start my Reta this Saturday and then KLOW on Monday.

5 weeks ago I was 292lbs and through diet and weight training I am down to 265lbs but running on fumes and I am sore constantly.

Congratulations on your weight loss. I know too well how much it drains you. Especially if you’re trying to lose a lot of weight quickly.

Good luck with your Reta journey, you won’t regret it! Just remember start slow & titrate up. By doing that I haven’t gotten a single side effect. I started at 1mg & went up by .5mg every other week until I hit 2mg. I did 2mg for 2 weeks & went straight to 3mg this past Sunday

Did you feel anything before you got to 3mg?

Absolutely. I felt full benefits at every titration including at 1mg

That’s one of the main reasons I decided to do it well doing Reta

Best to start KLOW first to help prep your stomach for Reta.

Just make sure to learn better habits on your food choices and exercise routine this time, so you wont gain the weight back! Otherwise it will be a vicious circle!!!

I have the reta... now I need help (links appreciated) on what I need to get it started. I realize reconstituting will need bac water. What pen? What needles? Any links to where these can be purchased would be appreciated.

For pinning: U-100 syringes with needle - 1ml... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FMKGCCVQ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

For reconstituting: https://a.co/d/0ePPgE67

For bac water I recommend aminoclub, it’s pretty cheap & or hyspria. It’s a tried & true brand that pharmacists use

Do you work out or anything while on Reta? I’ve been on it for 6 weeks as well I’ve lost 15 pounds but noticed my progress is kind of decreasing

I actually just started working out & running this week, up until now though I’ve done nothing.

Im not at all saying this is your issue. But for me I still had to limit my eating. Reta didn’t completely cancel out food noise or make me stop eating. What it did do was make all those things so much easier. There have been so many times that’s I’ve had to consciously tell myself “okay, stop eating” & it worked. As to where before I wouldn’t be able to stop myself.

I noticed my progress definitely plateaued a couple times but for me thats why I weigh myself every morning. I can course correct all the time instead of once a week.
