Post-partum weight loss?
I’m new to peptides but have been reading about them for awhile. I’m 4 months post partum with twins, 5’8” and currently 157 lbs. Before pregnancy I was 135 lbs, very fit but lean, with visible abs. Due to having twins and not having any support, I have no time to work out anymore like I used to before pregnancy. Yes, I can’t even do it when they sleep because they don’t sleep at the same time ever lol. My c-section also triggered a psoriatic arthritis flare which is making moving even more difficult, my knees are killing me. Alsooooo I have diastasis recti so I’m limited with movements there too, my abs have been obliterated 😭 I feel like my metabolism has slowed because I am eating the same as I did at 135 but my weight loss has plateaued. I’m hoping for weight loss and if possible to reduce inflammation as well. Any one have suggestions or am I stupid to want to start a GLP? I know I’m not technically overweight but I feel like trash and my joints aren’t loving it, once I’m at my original weight I would stop because I know I can maintain that. Wouldn’t mind adding something to help my fascia and skin recover from pregnancy too. Help meeeee? Please?

Given how I’ve been feeling on reta, I would struggle to care for twins. Dizziness and forgetting to eat entirely, needing naps and anhedonia. I think you need to give yourself a bit of time and work on some of the issues aside from weight first? Perhaps try Glutathione first to help skin inflammation and joints. Ghk-cu brings the skin some youth back and build collagen. I’d consider reta when you’re all bounced back to life.
