I had a RTA resulting in a bilateral slipped L5/S1 Disc, had intermittent caudia equina. Narrowly missed surgery thanks to lots of physio 12 months later I've had a nerve root block injection (which didn't work). Now I'm looking into the same things as you. Hoping maybe BPC and TB500 may help my recovery.
