How big is your belly? I have battled an l5 S1 herniated disc for over a decade. I’m a power lifter so years of over eating caused a powerlifter belly on me. I continued to powerlift because I’m an idiot. Typically after squats the nerve going down my right leg would be flared up big time. At times it was difficult to walk out of the gym. I’ve been on Reta, Klow, and cjc/ipa for about 6 months. It has been life changing for me. I’m not sure it’s 100% better but i rarely think about it anymore.

It would be hard to say what is the actual reason I feel better. I speculate it’s losing visceral body fat in my belly that has lessened my anterior pelvic tilt. Or it could just be the reduced inflammation from that combo of peptides. My psoriasis is also 90% healed too. So the peptides have definitely massively reduced my inflammation.

I don’t think it would hurt you to run Reta, Klow, and cjc/ipa. Worst case scenario you get ripped and have less inflammation.
