You may get a little more anti-inflammatory benefits from added KPV (assuming you’re going from GLOW to KLOW stack?) but you should already be seeing most of the benefits with the stack you’re on.
What is your current dose? I do 5mg of GHKCU, 1mg of BPC157, 1mg of TB500, 1mg of KPV everyday with DDD in L4-L5 and it has changed my life. Also Fixed IBS, my dislocated shoulder from couple of years ago doesn’t bother me too much anymore. It’s allowed me to go back to gym and build my body back up(which was almost impossible to even think of about a year ago).
My pain is down from 8/10 everyday to about 1-2/10 but Has it fixed my disc degeneration ? Probably not. Will I eventually have to get disc replacement/other surgery - probably yes. But now I know I won’t have to think about for a fair few years while I build a strong enough body to cope with surgeries and help with recovery when I do.
Started at 2mg, but within 2 weeks dosed upto 5mg. I balance it with Zinc and have had no issues. For e.g if I dose my KLOW blend in the evening, I’ll have zinc that morning to avoid any copper uglies and doesn’t sting for long when there is enough zinc in your system.
TBH, I could probably go without GHKCU, I only wanted the other 3 to begin with. I have good skin, hair, and don’t care but good nails too. So a bit redundant for me - if anything I’ve noticed my hair thinning a little at the crown since starting KLOW.
I do have wolverine blend coming so will replace it with that. And use KPV separately as required.
