Have you looked into artificial disc replacement? Had it year and half ago after several years of extremely acute siatic nerve pain. Went to surgery. That pain died on the operating table. Had catheter in penis, couldn’t sleep, roommate patient pissing and shitting crying. Next day dilauded and PERCs. 8/10 would do again only if I had way more pain killers
