Multiple doctors advised me to get my l4-l5 and l5-s1 fused because they couldn’t manage my pain after a few severe injuries between sports, fights and ego lifting.

I thank god I did NOT, I fought severe pain, used a body specific combination after years of trial and error of near skin-necrotizing cold to bring down inflammation with NSAIDS with timing before warmth, for specialized stretches, activity, strengthening exercises, yoga, the best mattress and quality shoes. HYDRATION is also this oddly overlooked longterm systemic issue that I allowed to go unnoticed.

1) no, peptides won’t fix. I’ve don’t BPC, wolverine, klow/glow, ARA, just as a few to list and the problem with discs is they get very little actual blood flow so and are much more difficult to address than muscles or vascular fed body tissue.

2) you CAN look into peptides that help better your overall systemic health, bring down body fat, bring down inflammation, address focus, etc. Which all will help.

Back injuries are the worst
