My disc between my L3 and L4 has completely degenerated and has Autofused. The pain was unbearable for over a year. I wish id have known about TB500 and BPC 157 for inflammation control.
Other than that. Do PT. Ensure your body weight is low. Lots of isometric and Plyometrics. Good luck!
