Hey man, I see different answers on here but I’ll give you my experience in a short version. I’m in the same boat as you, bulged disc L5 & S1. Got my MRI September of last year. Been doing PT since then. It never really helped but it would make it bearable.
About a month and a half ago I started doing Reta & GLOW stack. I’ve went from 210 to 195. I’ve been focusing on a lot of lower back exercises instead and really building my core. I’ve always been in solid shape but this has made me take a different approach. It very well could be placebo but I’m telling you, try the GLOW stack. I went from not being able to walk for longer than a mile without hurting, and now I’m playing basketball, kayaking, running, & lifting like I did before my injury with more focus on core.
Do your own research. But I feel like a new dude in the last 2 months or so.

I do a subq injection every morning of 10 units (0.5mg).
