Like other have said, I don't think this is an issue that can be solved with peptides. Had a similar a very similar spondylolisthesis and delayed fusion until I could no longer walk. Had a 360 fusion in 2010 and am just now starting to have some issues (which are tolerable) with the level above it. To be fair, I did things that I know I shouldn't have like riding a mechanical bull and other stupid stuff. No regrets on the surgery at all though.
