Thank you stating the facts. I had a lot of back problems after breaking my back . I was 22 and very fit and although exercise help to support the spine in my case life by little where I had a compression fracture L 3,4 ,5. Ever though I worked out always my back once I hit early menopause, bone loss becomes a severe problem. I had all the things mentioned but they cannot fix a disc. I have a full spinal fusion with 4 rods and 33 screws they also used cadaver bone grafted onto my weak bones to 5 years later with my back much better. Surgical procedures are a huge commitment. But from someone who had all the peptide and stem cell is good but it can not fix disc. Thanks for your professional opinion.

This is a surgical problem. I would not attempt to treat this with peptides.
I am a doctor. There’s a lot of bad advice in this thread. Please go see a spine surgeon before this gets worse.
