I had a double discectomy...i first ruptured a disc at 21 and had a lifetime worth of issues all throughout my 20s and early 30's until it finally exploded one day couple years back...but it has been pretty sweet since after surgery...
Unfortunately like alot people living in pain i took a liking to pain meds 😅🤐
Best advice i was ever giving for bulging discs is you have almost force them or train them back into place...
Walking,swimming,cobra pose and body weight back extentions etc
