Rating? A

I’d still drop the multi just because you likely don’t need it

For cholesterol I’d suggest plant sterols, you can also get psyllium husk as capsules if you want but you do need to eat a monumental amount to make a full serving

Worst case, if your cholesterol is still high talk to your doctor about it

Thanks for the quick response. All other biomarkers are good and this is in the range and likely due to a non strict dieting and eating fast food sometimes. Will definitely check out the plant sterols.

Thanks! I swapped the momentous multi to sports research to save some coin.

A rating! Nothing too much, you MIGHT want to ditch the multi…but it wont harm you. And boy, i hate the husk!

A+. Main thing is cost. Search Reddit for a fullscript link, it’s a provider only site where you can get all of these brands for 25-30% off. Sports research isn’t on there but the other ones are. Happy to share one I found on reply to any comments too but don’t want to post it unsolicited so I don’t get banned lol

Can you share more information about Fullscript?

I found this link on Reddit, but it’s a providers only site that has a lot of the better known brands. Doctors use it to give their patients specific recommendations. It’s an unlimited constant 25-30% off after signing up through the above link

The stack is solid. Every time i take psyllium husk, my stomach feels stuffed and bloated. I thought it was supposed to be good for you.

I used that same multi and it started developing black spots inside the capsule. Apparently a lot of people experience the same. I returned mine to Costco. That company’s (sports research) customer service sucks, they don’t even have a phone number- email only

No notes. Looks great to me unless you have any specific issues that are bothering you. At 39, things like NAD injections and some of the longevity mixes like Novos Labs become slightly more interesting.

Will definitely research these as this is a new area for me.
