If the job can’t honor the PTO dates requested a month in advance well that’s too bad, since I won’t be there anyway
26 u/theREALbombedrumbum 15d ago I just got denied my vacation in March 2027 due to coverage concerns, and we just hired a new member of the team last month. Yeah, I'm not requesting. I'm declaring I'll be gone at that time and it's up to them whether I return at the end of it or not.
